Dr. Angela Garza Offoegbu founded EYES of Cresta Bella in 2020 to serve patients’ eye care needs with extreme attention to detail, integrating comprehensive medical eye care and a boutique optical.

Dr. Angela Garza Offoegbu is also a true local, born and raised right here in San Antonio. She has over 10 years of experience in the optical industry. She has been a practicing therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist in San Antonio since 2014.

She’s an active member of the Bexar County District Optometric Society, the Texas Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.

In her spare time, she enjoys staying active with her dog (Karter) and daughters (Savannah and Camila), going on date nights with her husband (Kennedy), reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Education
Dr. Angela Garza Offoegbu obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated with honors from Texas Tech University. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She completed 2 prestigious rotations during her final year of optometry school.

She is a licensed therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, certified by the National Board of Examiners of Optometry and the Texas Optometry Board.

She completed extensive training in ocular disease treatment and management for conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and postoperative care. She also has a passion for managing dry eye and myopia control.

Meet Chloe is our lead optician and the creative force behind our frame collection. She entered the world of optics in 2016 as an eyewear consultant and embarked on a journey through San Antonio’s indie optical scene.

Along this path, she honed her skills in frame styling, optics, and the art of lens edging, accumulating a wealth of expertise.
Chloe’s genuine passion for her work shines through, and she is eager to use her expertise to help you find the perfect frame that complements your unique style and vision.

Outside the realm of eyewear, Chloe’s passions radiate through her life. In her free time, she can often be found at movie theaters, concerts, and local shows, embracing her love for entertainment.

In 2022, Chloe also celebrated a significant milestone by getting married, adding even more joy to her life.

Meet Evelyn, our care coordinator. She joined EYES of Cresta after moving from Boston to San Antonio.

Evelyn has been in the optical industry since 2020. She enjoys working with patients and styling them with their new frames. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge in lens design, frame fitting, and spectacle prescriptions.

Making patients smile and happy with their new eyewear brings her great joy. So much in fact, Evelyn has hopes and dreams of opening up her own independent optical. She would love to help style your frames at your next visit.

In her free time, Evelyn enjoys traveling, pool days, and hosting family and friends.

Fun facts about Evelyn: she loves arranging florals and interior design. She is also fluent in Russian.

Meet Lesley, our receptionist, a dynamic blend of ambition and warmth. She is a UTSA grad in marketing and plans to refine her hospitality skills through a graduate degree.

She’s not merely a welcome committee—she embodies a heartwarming embrace, is fluent in both English and Spanish and loves helping all our patients feel at ease in her presence.

Lesley’s talents extend far beyond the realm of hospitality. Beyond her knack for making others feel cherished, she enjoys her free time painting and attending concerts with friends.

As a devoted art enthusiast, Lesley thrives on the creative energy that saturates her world, including artistic expression through frame styling. She is the welcoming spirit poised to embrace our patients with care, providing them with wonderful eye care experiences.
